The Numbers

The Mystery of the Numbers

Hidden within Scripture lies a mathematical code — nine frequencies discovered by Dr. Joseph Puleo that reveal a sacred harmony between sound, number, and creation itself. Misnamed the “Solfeggio,” I call them what they truly are: the Puleo Numbers.

The Discovery – The Unveiling of the Numbers

For more than twenty-two years, I have carried the mystery of the numbers discovered by Dr. Joseph Puleo. These are often mislabeled the “Solfeggio frequencies,” but I call them the Pgggggggggggguleo Numbers, honoring the man who uncovered them. Dr. Puleo did not invent these frequencies; he discovered them hidden within Scripture — specifically, Numbers 7:12-84 — through a pattern of verses describing twelve days of offerings. By applying digital compression (summing the digits of each verse number), he revealed a repeating six-verse structure that yielded six key numbers:
396 · 417 · 528 · 639 · 741 · 852

Using Pythagorean reduction, I later identified three additional hidden tones, 174, 285, and 963,completing the full harmonic sequence:
174 · 285 · 396 · 417 · 528 · 639 · 741 · 852 · 963

These nine are the foundation of what I call the Puleo Numbers — not arbitrary healing tones, but a sacred mathematical series encoded in the ancient text itself.

Want to dive into the decoding of the scriptures to obtain the numbers:

6 puleo numbers w256
9 puleo numbers w256
solution 1 w580

Once the nine numbers are found, other sets of numbers and be derived.

The Patterns – The Hidden Patterns

“Each number contains an internal symmetry: its hundreds, tens, and ones positions move in perfect numerical progression.”

digital roots

One of the first patterns is the digital root of the numbers. Shown here is the 9 original numbers.

A digital root is the value you get when you add the digits of the number together, and keep adding the results til you get a single digit.

For 174, add 1+7+4 = 12, 1+2 = 3.
For 285 add 2+8+5 = 15, 1+5 = 6
For 396 add 3+9+6 = 18, 1+8 = 9

On the left you can see the digital root of all 9 numbers. On the right side, grouping the numbers that have the same digital roots together creates triads. Notice that when adding the numbers together you get a very interesting number. The 2 middle digits are the same as the group digital root, and adding the first and last digit together gives the same digital root.

triads

The Puleo Numbers form a spiritual scale — nine steps of remembrance that trace a path from physical resonance to divine alignment.
In the pages that follow, each number will be explored through its Hebrew letters, gematria, tone, and meaning — revealing how these “misnamed frequencies” were always a sacred language of vibration, waiting to be heard again.
